La Liga president Javier Tebas says he hopes to see Mason Greenwood stay in Spain next football season. He pointed out that when the court decides that he is not guilty, that person is considered innocent.
The England striker faced a difficult time following a rape and assault case that led to him being suspended from Manchester United in January 2022. Until a court found him not guilty. But there was still resistance to the point where he had to be loaned out to play with Getafe in Spain.สมัคร ufabet
In La Liga, he has been so impressive that there are rumors that giants in the league want to join the team. Tebas wants to see Greenwood continue playing in La Liga next season.

“I am a lawyer. If someone is innocent of legal charges then there is nothing more to say, he is innocent,” Tebas said.
“He is one great player. Maybe the situation is not easy for him to move. But he is doing better with Getafe as a player and I hope he continues to succeed. And he will stay in Spanish football.”
“Being famous means you should respect the decision of the law and I am a lawyer. Therefore, I cannot accept the people associated with him in the media. You have to respect the legal decision.”
“If Greenwood comes out innocent and not convicted then there is nothing more to talk about. In Spain we have many other cases. We cannot judge everything. We can’t say ‘You can’t play here’ because we have a team ready to accept it. If someone is acquitted You can’t do anything about that.”
